Dear Students,

Due to the pandemic, “Summer Internship Procedures” will be carried out in our school according to the following plan, provided that it is valid only in the 2019-2020 academic year.

1. The students will fill the internship acceptance form at least 15 days before starting their internship, and scan the document and send it to the institutional (@ aksaray.edu.tr extension) e-mail address of the instructor who is the student advisor in the department. (For those who will do internship in the public sector, the start and end dates should be determined as 5 working days per week.)

 2. The advisor will send the student to the School Secretary if the internship acceptance form sent by the student is fully filled and the place of internship is suitable. The instructor will inform the student that the internship application has been accepted. After the internship acceptance form is submitted, the internship start and end dates will never be changed.

3. Students who will do internship will create an internship book in accordance with the format given in the Annex. The internship period is 30 working days. Official holidays are not counted from the internship day.

4. On the start date of the internship, go to the company with all documents and start your internship.

5. When the internship is finished, have the pages of the internship book approved by the Engineer or company representative responsible for you.

6. Submit the Internship book, Business internship evaluation form to the relevant lecturer on the date announced at the beginning of the Education.
